Certain premium consultation slots and promotional packages are non-refundable due to consultant commitments. These non-refundable offerings are clearly identified during checkout. This policy ensures fair access to limited availability services.

3. Information Products

If you find that an information product does not meet your needs, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the materials have not been substantially accessed. Items must remain in original packaging and unused. Once we confirm the item condition, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
